    Returns Policy

    We hope you will be delighted with the product you receive and that you will enjoy it for many years to come. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return the item in perfect condition and in the original packaging within 21 days for a full replacement or a full refund.

    Return postage can only be refunded in the case of damaged or faulty items or if the wrong items have been sent to you.

    We advise that you obtain a postal receipt, or send the goods back via recorded delivery as we cannot accept responsibility for damaged or lost parcels.

    How do I return an item?

    Should wish to return something you have purchased from us please call or email our Customer Services team on info@agriframes.us and they will advise you whether we need to arrange for the item to be collected from you by courier or whether you need to return the item back to us via a courier - this will depend on the size and weight of the item.

      • When returning undamaged ordered items the return carriage will be charged and deducted from your refund.

      • If a collection needs to be arranged, this will be made for a weekday only, between standard working hours. If you are not able to be at home when the collection is to be made, we can arrange for goods to be collected from a safe location at your request.

        • Bespoke / Made to Order Products including Fruit Cages and Cut to Size Netting are Non-Returnable Items and exempt from cancellation

          1. If you wish to cancel your order then you can providing you inform us of this prior to dispatch. Once the order has been dispatched please refer to the returns policy.

          2. Product Availability Information
            Most products on our website are manufactured by our team which affords good availability of our catalogue ranges. If your order should be delayed pending stock availability of a specific item then we will inform you as soon as possible.

          3. Tracking
            Once you have placed an order on our website you will receive an email confirmation and we will then e-mail you again when your order is sent along with information on how to track your order with the courier and manage your delivery direct with them.
            If any goods received are either defective or unsatisfactory, we ask that you return them to us unused within 21 days. We would ask that you indicate your preference for a replacement or full refund. This commitment in no way impacts on your statutory rights.

        gothic gazebo - love it

        assembly was a little awkward for one person, but with some patience i managed it. I carefully followed the instructions for setting in the ground and worked perfectly. I added the lattice inserts so the measurements between the grounded stakes needed to be fairly accurate. Needed a quick hand from the neighbor to place the arched part on top of the legs, but all else was fine for me. Even having purchased the smallest size it's an impressive piece, many compliments received. my advice: read all the directions, re-read as you're assembling, review directions again when placing in garden. It's been a couple months now but i find myself still in awe of how impactful this gazebo is. Native honeysuckle & clematis are loving it.

        Definitely need two people to put pieces together, but the end result is beautiful.

        Great Gothic Gazebo

        This is a great gazebo - very high quality of materials, design and build - and at an extremely competetive price (other cheaper makes are flimsy and may only last a few seasons). You will need to set aside plenty of time to construct it; the instructions are clear and build tolerance is very good however it will still take two competent adults quite some time, particularly if the ground you are sinking the legs into is not completely level. We would highly recomend this gazebo as an attractive addition to your garden.

        Gothic Gazebo

        One of the biggest jobs was unpacking the parts, everything wrapped to extreme. However all parts were in first class condition as a result, except the wooden finial which was damaged. Couldn’t locate the assembly instructions or the ground hooks for the side panels. Customer service very helpful emailing the former straight away and advising finial would be replaced and the hooks forwarded. Assembly was fairly straightforward once instructions had been copiously read, digested and referred to as work proceeded. Whole assembly was completed and erected by myself in a day. Placing the assembly on the supports once erected was accomplished using a stepladder with a temporary profile fixed to the top as a support, worked like a charm. Latticed side panels easily fitted although needed hand shaping at the top to address taper of frame. Quantity of ties supplied insufficient, needs at least double to guarantee any planting wouldn’t pull the panels off when maturing. All in all a well designed and manufactured structure which adds interest to the garden, delighted with the result.

        Beautiful Gazebo for our garden.

        A beautiful gazebo which does take some time to assemble(we bought the largest size) but just due to sheer size and is well worth the end results. It arrived promptly and when we needed a small part exchanged this was dealt with promptly and efficiently by the polite customer team . The frame itself is sturdy and of good quality. We purchased the lattice framework for the sides which is well worth it ,and we are enjoying watching our our climbers grow up it. Would highly recommend.. Thank you Agriframes.
